Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage involves applying firm pressure and slow strokes to reach deeper layers of muscle and fascia (the connective tissue surrounding muscles). This type of massage is used for chronic aches and pain in contracted areas such the neck, shoulders, upper back, and lower back.

Hot Stone Massage
The massage therapist places hot stones on specific points of your body and may also hold the stones while giving the massage. The localized heat and weight of the stones warms and relaxes muscles, allowing the massage therapist to apply firmer pressure to those areas without causing discomfort.

Swedish Massage

The most common type of massage is Swedish massage therapy. It involves soft, long, kneading strokes, as well as light, rhythmic, tapping strokes, on the topmost layers of muscles. This is also combined with movement of the joints. By relieving muscle tension, Swedish therapy can be both relaxing and energizing. It may even help relieve pain and stimulate recovery after an injury.

Couple Massage

Couple massage is two-therapist, two-person massage that allows both people to get the same massage at the same time in the same room. This is a great way to introduce someone to experience the benefits and relaxation of massage therapy for the first time. The couple could include anything from husband and wife, girlfriend and boyfriend, same-sex partners, mothers and daughters, to best friends. We also offer planning for special occasions. Please contact us for more detailed information.

Prenatal Massage

You may think that massage is just a luxury to indulge in from time to time, but one of the most beneficial occasions for massage may be during pregnancy. Massage therapy may provide multiple benefits, including: lowered anxiety, decreased back and leg pain, improved sleep quality, and decreased levels of the stress hormone norepinephrine.

Tension Headache Massage

Massage therapy is a very pleasant and effective treatment for relieving tension headaches. It releases the tension and relaxes the body and mind. Therapeutic headache massage treatment is also useful to prevent tension headaches before they start, allowing you to carry on with daily life, but without the unwanted discomfort that often comes with it.

Neck & Shoulder Massage

People who sit at a desk or drive for extended periods of time often experience stiffness and pain in the neck and shoulders. Massage therapy is a great way to relieve that tension. In addition to relief, massage therapy can also improve blood circulation, ease headache pressure and pain, improve mood, and provide an energy boost.

Foot Reflexology

Foot reflexology is focused on preventing and alleviating symptoms related to numerous health issues. This concept is based on the belief that every reflex zone begins in the foot and then travels to the head through the vital organs. Reflex zones are pressure points located on the different parts of the soles and sides of the feet and are believed to connect directly to the nervous system. Therefore, by exerting pressure on the soles and sides of the feet, various muscles and vital organs can be reached.
